ANCIENT HOUSING

Troglodyte houses....
According to local legend, this house with its wooden framework is one of the village’s oldest homes. Its left section has been entirely renovated. The frames of the arched windows and the cut stone brackets may date from the 17th century. Certain parts seem to have originally been used for farming purposes, as is indicated by the hayloft windows on the upper level, which must have been used to stock agricultural produce and foodstuffs.
